Club exp - Terms of use & agreement

1.                In order to register to be a Club exp member, the customer must be a resident in Philippines, and be within 13 to 20 years old on the date of registration.

 

2.                Each customer can only register and own one (1) active Club exp membership at any one time. This membership is not transferable & can only be used by the rightful owner in Philippines. This membership is not a crossed border membership, i.e. cannot be used in IKEA Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand or Mexico.

 

3.                To enjoy Club exp member’s offers and/or earn points, members must present a valid identity card or actively log in to the member portal for validation purpose.

 

4.                Club exp point earn and redemption rate and frequency are in accordance to the missions, activities, contests and events as set out on the website https://exp.ikea.com.ph/

 

5.                All terms and conditions of IKEA's 'Return Policy' will apply to all purchases made by members. Items issued to members as part of membership reward cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

 

6.                In the event member would like to terminate the membership and have their information deleted, the request can be emailed to xxx@ikano.asia with your email address.

 

7.                The Club exp membership is issued by & remains the property of Ikano (Philippines) Inc. Ikano (Philippines) Inc reserves the right to decline issuance of a new membership or withdraw an existing membership at any time. Ikano Philippines Inc reserves the right, on reasonable grounds, to alter and amend any of the conditions of the operation of the Club exp Programme without prior notice.

 

8.                Reasonable grounds include any abuse or attempted abuse of the Club exp Programme, this Terms of Use and the Community Guideline; and any reasonable suspicion or dishonesty on the part of a member in connection with the Programme.

 

9.                The processing of your personal data is subject to Ikano (Philippines) Inc’s Personal Data Protection Notice as published on https://family.ikea.com.ph/pdpn. If you provide any personal information and marketing consent to us, you give us permission to contact you for marketing purposes, which may include messages via post, SMS or email. You can decide to opt-out of these types of marketing messages at any time via member portal. Some of your information may be shared with third party companies that provide marketing or analytics assistance. Please refer to the Personal Data Protection Notice for details.
