Happy Monday, clubmates! Here's a fun recipe to help with the heat:
Ingredients:
2 cups frozen berries (raspberries in this case!)
1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)
โข Blend & Sweeten: Combine frozen berries and honey/maple syrup in a blender. Blend until smooth, adding sweetener to taste.
โข Freeze & Enjoy: Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert sticks. Add whole berries and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid. Run the molds under warm water briefly to loosen, then enjoy!
