October Mission: Filipino Household Zero-Waste Hack

You spot a can of crackers, open it, and surprise—it’s full of your mom’s sewing supplies. You grab a tub of ice cream, only to find frozen fish inside. Sound familiar? Filipinos might just be the masters of creative recycling.

What Filipino household zero-waste hack do you encounter at home? Share your stories and moments of deception to get more keys!

Always walked to and From places possible, but for today We stride with Confidence ๐Ÿ˜˜ aside from saving some change, it's also a reasonable way to get those step counts in ๐Ÿ˜† (esp. for a lazy person who finds a lot of explanations not to work out e.g., me). So, next time you feel like it's a hassle, Walk the moment off like a runaway model and get that confidence boost ๐Ÿ–ค

For this month's sustainable mission, #PlasticFreeJuly campaign, let me share with you my water bottle that I've been using for more than a year now. This bottle helped me, not only in saving money but also in saving our nature. With this, purchasing of single-use plastics may be significantly reduced! I also encourage you to buy your own reusable bottle! It may cost a bit pricey at first, but in the long run, you will see its long term effects. Share your reusable water bottles below! We advocate for a #PlasticFreeClubexp!

This #PlasticFreeJuly, let's make mindful choices even when it comes to product packaging. Opt for items packaged in cardboard or glass instead of plastic. It's a small change that can make a big difference. Show us your favorite plastic-free packaged products and tell us why you prefer them!

With cloth or paper bags, you can carry your groceries in style and save the environment at the same time. They're durable, washable, and come in a variety of designs. Share a photo of your favorite reusable bag and tell us what you love about it!

Did you know that a single plastic water bottle can take up to 450 years to decompose? Switch to a more sustainable option this #PlasticFreeJuly! Glass and stainless-steel water bottles are not just eco-friendly, they're also stylish and easy to clean. Show us your sustainable water bottles and tell us why you love them! โœŒ๐Ÿผ

Thrift flipping is when you buy clothes from the thrift store and alter it or make a new design out of it then you can sell it or use it for your self. I have been doing this since the pandemic started, I earned from it plus some of my clothes are thrift flips as I can save money from it instead of buying from boutiques. Why buy it when you can make it kinda thing๐Ÿ˜†โ™ป๏ธ. You can follow my ig page @kaaatsaaa and check out more sustainable clothes๐Ÿค
